PT/INR Services
WCR™ provides PT/INR monitoring for VAD patients through our alliance with Lincare’s Md INR, a company that specializes in this service. Md INR supplies a quality Roche testing device, test strips, and face-to-face training so patients can successfully test their PT/INR values at home. Md INR’s support team is available to answer questions and to provide technical assistance when needed.
You may request WCR’s Md INR order form for any VAD patient having Medicare or private insurance. Once PT/INR benefits are verified, patient insurance will cover most of the cost.
